Great Balls of Spinach



2 10oz packages spinach (they're the blocks) (thawed and drained well)
2 beaten eggs
2 cups herb stuffing mix (make sure it's herb flavored, not chicken or turkey)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup parm cheese (i didn't use this)
dash of garlic powder
dash of salt

Mix all ingredients in bowl and roll in to balls.
Bake 15 minutes at 350.
You can also freeze them and bake for 20 minutes.
